The question of who actually developed this came up over at MobyGames, and I did a bit of digging. There are no company credits listed on the game, as you showed... but the UK disc does have credits on the outer ring. It credits "Empire Interactive" as the developer. So I think that this was developed partially in-house, with N12 doing part of the work. Or maybe it's a bit of an injoke, because the company's address had "N12 0DA" as its postal code... // Foxhack 08:29, 11 April 2021 (UTC)
