Test Track

It doesn't look Test Track actually is a test track. Its data is for Nautical. Name referenced here: 800BB1A0 and File 007478F0

If swap with another track, it just shows Nautical. And Nautical really loads from here. Perhaps those names were sort of internal names.

(Not impossible is a test track, but at least this referenced name is not it)
