That Mario house music.

This music sounds like those used in the levels like World Flower-8 (the beat blocks thing). The beat seems to match the changing block pattern... --Mspeter97 (talk) 06:38, 19 October 2014 (EDT)

The only problem with that is the Beat Blocks music is sequenced and this is streamed. I guess it could be from an alternative version of the Beat Blocks theme. Robotortoise (talk) 14:13, 19 October 2014 (EDT)
It's a style of music, apparently. House music. Robotortoise (talk) 21:52, 16 May 2015 (EDT)
Yes, it is, but the music doesn't really sound like house or any subgenre. Also, I have never known a main Mario game to name their music files based on the genre of the music rather than its intended usage. (Wario Land: Shake It! did that, but I digress.) --Peardian (talk) 20:48, 18 May 2015 (EDT)
Ah, well if it doesn't sound like house music, then it's a different story. :) I wonder if there's a corresponding beat block level to the music? What's the timing of the music? Robotortoise (talk) 21:20, 18 May 2015 (EDT)

Only two songs?

Hopw come NSMBU Has so much stuff, but so little on here? Is there nothing in the code but these two songs that are un-used? Wintermelon43 (talk) 05:59, 5 November 2014 (EST)

We've only just begun to crack open Wii U games. Have patience. --BMF54123 (talk) 06:43, 5 November 2014 (EST)
To elaborate on what BMF said, for now only certain people have the Wii U files. I only have the streams. They're located here. Robotortoise (talk) 21:52, 16 May 2015 (EDT)

Title Screen reason for length

The reason the title screen music lasts so long is the Wii U 3.0 system update. The system originally loaded games for much longer. I'm sure Mario 3D World was in development when the system was still slow at loading. Robotortoise (talk) 21:52, 16 May 2015 (EDT)

The Orange Mario

Is that real or fake???Ofirgol109 (talk) 16:50, 3 September 2015 (EDT)

I don't know what you're talking about. Can you provide a link please? Robotortoise (talk) 17:33, 3 September 2015 (EDT)
He's talking about this. I imagine I'm not the only person who's first thought was of Sponge. --Peardian (talk) 19:48, 3 September 2015 (EDT)
I can verify that those are actually in the game, here's the entire texture that they were trimmed from. I should probably work on an easier method to convert those BFFNT files. --RandomTBush (talk) 20:08, 3 September 2015 (EDT)
Wow... Thank you very much, I owe you!!! I go to find a name for him...Ofirgol109 (talk) 07:16, 4 September 2015 (EDT)
Should we mention Sponge on the article? Unlike the Sticker Star article intro, this isn't important, but it is a bizarre coincidence there is an orange Mario associated with the letter S. Fastpager200 sprite.png Fastpager200 Thy Awesomesauce 19:49, 2 November 2015 (EST)
Considering Sponge is a fan character by VineSauce, it's not worth mentioning. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 21:06, 10 July 2017 (EDT)
Super Mario 3D World was released in 2013. "Sponge" was created in 2015. There is no "coincidence" and this whole discussion is stupid. --BMF54123 (talk) 03:13, 11 July 2017 (EDT)
