NSMB2 Sound Used?

At 0:11 on this video, it sounds like that sound is played. Can I get some confirmation? The preceding unsigned comment was added by SubparLario (talk • contribs)

I am pretty sure it's not used, it sounds completely different. Even if it uses a speed up version, I have tried editing the audio file several times and it still sounds very different. --DyNamo1828 (talk) 13:00, 19 September 2019 (EDT)

Clear Pipes unused graphics

This video shows how those unused Clear Pipes are used. Just convert Clear Pipes into SMW Forest Theme. -Theopold!? (talk) 13:17, 22 October 2019 (EDT)

EDIT: I started my account just to say this.

That video does not show the unused pipe graphic nor does it show the SMW forest theme. --Hiccup (talk) 11:13, 24 October 2019 (EDT)
Actually this video shows it off, i provided alot of sources before but someone removed them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdgvu53mAys also dont remove it next time, hide it or something becuase there is plenty of evidence i can provide. --DogeisCut (talk) 19:33, 24 October 2019 (EDT)
Oh, I mistook it for this video. Rookie mistake. -Theopold!? (talk) 06:56, 25 October 2019 (EDT)
Edit: Hmmm. They replaced some of the graphics for the Clear Pipe with the graphics for the Frozen Coin.

Quest Stone

This is what it looks like. The Quest Stone reacts to Super Mushrooms by expanding to be too big to carry. Even though it's the heaviest object in the game, Big Stones will not crush Goombas or the player if put on a conveyor belt. It reacts to Pipes and Blasters by infinitely respawning. It reacts to Sky Nighttime by lowering its own gravity, but it's unknown if it reacts to any other Nights, especially Cave. It does not appear to react to the Moon, but that's mostly unknown. It can kill almost any enemy in the game which can be Star-KO'd besides a few, and kills Bowser in a few hits. It reacts to Wings the similarly to most Terrain parts, but you can pick it up to rip the wings off. You cannot smack it from below to blow the wings off. It can kill the sun. It vanishes when you put it in SMB. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xl8tJ0jAdIA&list=PLhrzmSv2uubKekzR2K6QPpERKjpkqfzHr&index=134 Should I put this directly in article? Placeholder Ludwig von Koopa sprites

Beta Ludwig von Koopa.png

The U.S version of the 4.22.2020 Update uses a placeholder sprite for Ludwig von Koopa in the Super Mario World style, it uses the Super Mario Bros. 3's Sprite. There might be more placeholder sprites in the U.S Video. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Hydro-Freeze (talk • contribs)

Don't forget Wendy! she also uses her Super Mario Bros. 3 sprite. --Unused999 (talk) 21:37, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

Unused P-balloon?

There might be unused P-balloon sprites found here, but this may just be a mockup. Or maybe they're used during the "transition" animation.--Theopold!? (talk) 16:28, 22 April 2020 (UTC)

Does Yoshi have unused sprites?

The "swim" sprites found at the bottom of this page might be unused. Also, the sprites used for the mashing minigame on the world map are always obscured and it's impossible to see certain parts of them. --Theopold!? (talk) 14:20, 22 July 2020 (UTC)

Stupidly Obscure Recycling

  • The smoke clouds that appear when ground-pounding in the SMB1, SMB3, and SMW styles are very similar to the ones that appear when ground-pounding in Super Donkey. (These are also in the first Super Mario Maker.)
  • The "Pop & Win!" Super World minigame is based on this animation sequence related to the Famicom Disk Writer. It even uses the same music and sound effects!

I didn't know where to put these, but thought they were noteworthy enough to be mentioned somewhere on TCRF. -WarioBarker (talk) 21:20, 15 January 2021 (UTC)
