To my knowledge, very very few people have completed the game 100%. If something at a glance seems unused, I wouldn't count on it unless you've honestly beaten the game and confirmed that it isn't an unlockable feature. — The preceding unsigned comment was added by Vervalkon (talk • contribs)

One of the people on SNESmusic.org (forget who right now) completed the game and even translated the tracks. I assume he used a cheat editor to access the two tracks. The sound test is unlockable in one of the later worlds also. -nensondubois 10:50, 14 August 2013 (EDT)
