Found this at CB3D in the US ROM with the rest of the debug text.

It's used in the SCR 1 2 TEST screen, but these text entries referenced an index of a palette that wasn't loaded. I've updated the article with another set of codes that allow reading this text. --QUFB (talk) 22:27, 11 December 2021 (UTC)
