Uh... it's "Light"

It's "Wily & Light no Rock Board." not "Wily & Right no Rock Board". This must be fixed. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Sky Yoshi (talk • contribs)

If you say so, i'll do it. Note you can move pages by clicking More>Move. -Phrossi (talk) 09:46, 11 March 2016 (EST)
Well, for what it's worth, the flag that comes up when Dr. (L/R)ight throws a money bag at the mechanical circle foundation thingy in the opening sequence has an "R" on it. But that aside... I have no idea what the accepted/official romanization of his name is. --Xdaniel (talk) 11:31, 11 March 2016 (EST)
So, perhaps i was right when i doubted about the correct name... -Phrossi (talk) 11:41, 11 March 2016 (EST)
His name is Right in Japan. See the "R" symbol in Mega Man: Powered Up, the "DRN/DLN" ID code change for the Robot Masters created by Right/Light, the "RW" logo seen throughout Magnet Man's stage in Mega Man 3, the logo at the boss gates in Mega Man 9 being changed from "Dr. R" to "Dr. L", etc. --Rabidabid (talk) 16:22, 11 March 2016 (EST)
That said, it has been "Dr. Light" in Japan on at least one occasion. LinkTheLefty (talk) 13:33, 12 March 2016 (EST)
It's a pretty big stretch to say that the Rs in some Japanese titles mean "his name is Right in Japan." Rather, that means there are incorrect romanizations of his actual name, Light, in some Japanese games. --Unfriendlyblob (talk) 15:57, 13 March 2016 (EDT)
