Use this on articles that say something... but are hardly explicit about it. This is a wiki, not a forum, after all. You should provide a reason alongside the template ({{Elaborate|reason=So how exactly can you avoid having the game lock up?}}), so that editors will know what to expand on. If you want to show this template without categorizing the page it's in, use {{Elaborate|nocat=true}}.
