Toki is an Arcade platformer, in which you control a man who has been transformed into a blue-eyed monkey that spits energy projectiles.
However, it seems that there wouldn't be eyes and Toki would have been angrier. This design is shown in the Japanese version's attract mode, but otherwise uses the blue-eyed sprite during regular gameplay. Not only that, but these animation poses intended for clearing a stage don't ever play.
