Sonic Crackers is a very early version of Knuckles' Chaotix, containing two world levels and two field levels. The field levels are isometric levels with no collision detection and no equivalent in Chaotix. Moreover, only one build has been found, with an apparent date of April 1, 1994 on the title screen.
Interestingly, additional sprites for Tails can be found in a prototype of a Yuu Yuu Hakusho game.
