LED Storm is not about surviving a hail of laser fire. It's more of a Bump 'n' Jump-type racing game with bigger sprites and powerups. And pits. Lots of pits.
Pictured here are transformation animations for the player and the rival, which is only seen in Led Storm Rally 2011. In fact, it has a whole slew of changes compared to later revisions, which makes it interesting when this version is the basis for all home ports and was the version included in Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium.
