Hold A + Right and power on/reset the Game Boy. When the license screen appears, release both buttons and hold B + Left. Keep the buttons held until the title screen appears. If done correctly, the "©" next to "1993" will be changed to a smiley face. Now hold A + B + Down and press Start to access the menu, which features a level select, infinite lives toggle, and virtual worlds toggle. A build date, identical to the above, is listed at the top of the screen.
