  • Byrne's name was changed to Staven most likely due to Byrne being a very common name in Ireland. In keeping with the train-related names, Staven comes from the pluralization of the Dutch "staaf" which means "solid metal object", referring to railroad ties, and from stave, which is the wooden planks used in train tracks.
