Moon
This moon was used in the first Twilight Princess trailer, which debuted at E3 in May, 2004. It is recycled from The Wind Waker.

Mirror Shield

Twilight Princess is one of the first Zelda titles since A Link to the Past to not feature a Mirror Shield. However, the inclusion of this icon suggests that the developers may once have planned to include it. While the icon is modeled after the Mirror Shield design that appeared in the Nintendo 64 version of Ocarina of Time, this particular graphic is unique to Link and Midna's adventure.

In Pikmin 2, the Sphere Chart is a collectible globe treasure. This unused texture is named "map" because it is actually the same texture as the Sphere Chart's pause menu icon, except it's recolored red, and the holder of the globe has been removed. A similarly unused texture exists in the prototype for Twilight Princess, and that one is much closer to the Pikmin 2 texture, since it includes the globe holder (though its transparency was removed).
