Cheat Menu

At the Options menu, press Right, A, A, B, Start for a hidden menu with settings for invincibility (Cheat Mode) and a level select. Some of the levels have slightly different names; perhaps the most interesting is that "Hakuna Matata" is referred to as "Willow Cascade", same as in the early SNES prototype.

Unused Song

King Tag

A short jingle which contains a unique snippet of "I Just Can't Wait to be King". It isn't used anywhere in the game, but you can still hear it in the Sound Test. The Game Gear and Master System versions of the game, which share a music composer with this version, play a similar tune when a stage is cleared; it's possible this was meant for the same purpose.
