This version was made a bit after The Maze Game revision, after the game exploded in popularity. At this point, the game is now titled The Original Scary Maze Game. Both this revision and the original version are available on Winnarr.com, with the original version being referred to as the 'Blue version'.
- The title on the title screen is completely different, being plain black text save for the 'Scary Maze' portion, being written in a red, blood-like font.
- The cyan in the background is replaced by an orange color.
- The play button was changed to be much more basic, being a simple square with the text 'Play' in a bland white font in the middle.

The buttons at the end of the game are also much different, with the ones in The Original Scary Maze Game being a bit more generic and having different colors. Released in 2010, this revision, titled Save Justin Bieber, is perhaps the most radically different out of the rest, having several changes.
- The title screen is completely different, having the title in a different font and different text:

- The cyan background is replaced by a light purple.
- The play button is replaced by text that reads 'Help Him! Play!"
- The blue square the player controls is now red, most likely to distinguish it from the background.
- The red squares that mark the end of a level is replaced by Justin Bieber's head.
- As stated on the title screen, Justin Bieber's "Baby" continuously plays during gameplay, though only the first few seconds before it loops.
- The screamer sequence is entirely different. The face of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist is replaced by a photo-negative photo of Justin Bieber's face, with both the original sound effect and an incredibly loud version of Justin Bieber's "Baby" playing in the background. A link of winterrowd.com then falls onto the screen, with links to the original Scary Maze Game and links to share the game on Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace, as well as a replay button.
America's Funniest Home Videos
The Maze | AFV Version |

Sometime after the original game became popular, a slightly edited version of the game, titled the 'v.AFV version', was released, as it was used on the show America's Funniest Home Videos.
- The title screen is slightly different, aside from 'v.AFV' being added to the side, the trademark symbol is slightly changed.
- The text on the title screen, yet again, is slightly different. Its also slightly larger to accommodate for the extra space made by the smaller play button.

- The level names (Level 1, 2, and 3 respectively) are written near the ends of each level.
- The screamer shown at the end is completely changed, being a white, screaming man with black eyes instead of Regan MacNeil, likely for legal reasons. Notably the same image used in another infamous screamer prank, What's Wrong With This Picture?.
- The screaming sound effect at the end is also completely different.
