The Misadventures of Flink is a platformer for the Amiga CD32, Genesis, and Sega CD with impressive graphics and a sort of slow-paced Sonic style of play. The lesser-known spiritual predecessor to The Adventures of Lomax on PlayStation.

Cheat Menu

Hmmm...
To do:
Sega CD version screenshots.

Both the Genesis and Sega CD versions of the game feature the same push-button code to enable a cheat menu with some simple debugging features:

  • First, hold Down + Start for four seconds.
  • Release Down, then press Right, Right, Right, Right, Left, Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, Right, Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, Left, Left, Right, Left.
  • Now release Start.

Begin entering the code during gameplay (not the title or pause screens, although the code does involve pausing the game). It needs to be entered quite slowly, though. If successful, a small "CHEAT MENU" option will appear at the bottom of the pause menu. Inside the cheat menu is some debug info and an option to reset the level with full magic, all scrolls, all spells and a full inventory.
