Found near the top of the ROM (at 0x6) is this message.

Wao Isee is Wao Ishimaru.
M. Miyamoto is Masatomo Miyamoto, a composer for Compile.
Jemini is Takayuki "Jemini" Hirono, usually credited for sound programming.
Jan is most likely Koji "Janus" Teramoto, who most likely contributed graphic design.
Lunarian is Kenji Shintani, another Compile programmer.
Pac is Satoshi Fujishima, who had programmed several games for Compile.
Moo is Masamitsu Niitani, founder of Compile.

The only unknown name is Pal, whose full name is currently unknown, although they appear to be credited as "Pal Kitatani" in the credits for Guardic on MSX.
