Tokimeki Memorial: Forever with You is a remake of Konami's 1994 smash hit Tokimeki Memorial with improved graphics, new cutscenes and more minigames.
29 years later, an enhanced modern remaster for the Nintendo Switch titled Tokimeki Memorial: Forever with You Emotional was announced to be in development for a release in 2025.

If you play the disc on a CD player, other than a Sega Saturn, a warning featuring the voice of Miharu Tatebayashi will play, followed by a music track from the game.
