Unused Super Game Boy Palette Settings

There are two unused Super Game Boy PAL01 settings, one is a black and white palette setting and the second is a white test palette. Both games also contain several palette commands. Game Genie codes ??9-8F9-918 + ??9-C19-5D8 (culture version), ??9-9E9-4C4 + ??9-D09-084 (sport version) will enable both settings. Palettes were likely planned but because the game is a massive 4MB, they had to be cut.
