A version of the game based on the movie intended for (at the time) last-gen consoles. However, unlike the last-gen versions of previous Pixar games Asobo made with assistance from Heavy Iron Studios that shared several key aspects with their next-gen counterparts, here Avalanche Software basically left them in the dust to make the entire game on their own from scratch, resulting in a notably different product.

MUSIC/SUCCESS_.JOE is a low quality fanfare, and according to the file name it was most likely supposed to be used when you complete a level. Interestingly, it's 0 bytes in the PSP version.

ANDY.JOE

MUSIC/ANDY.JOE is an unused remix of the WOOD1.JOE theme.

In Levels.tsc, there are strings referencing possible test stages from early in development. The files for these levels don't exist in the retail game.

Unused PC Text

In TT21.PS2, there's text for what seems to be the Launcher executable and error messages of a PC game, all of which is very similar to text found in the Launchers of the PC ports of last-gen Pixar games Asobo made. While it's possible this is just leftover code, it may imply this game would receive a PC port, much like previous Pixar titles, before it was decided to release a downgraded port of the Avalanche version instead.

Missing Videos

Similar to the last-gen versions of Ratatouille and Up, the file init.tsc has a list of videos intended to play every time the game boots up. These are for the individual logos of the companies involved with it, Pixar and Asobo Studio (no Disney Interactive Studios for some reason). However, similar to Up, the individual video files for the logos are missing, instead they're all shown together in-game as part of the main menu just before the title screen, with Disney Interactive Studios also included, and as a result the game was left with absolutely no videos at all.
