크리스탈의 디버그 메뉴는 금·은에서 처음으로 나타난 배틀 테스트에 쓰이는 아이템, 사운드 테스트, 포켓몬과 트레이너 색상 테스트 메뉴가 보인다. 여기에는 또한 이벤트 트리거와 관련된 기능이나, 포켓기어 기능을 테스트해보는 메뉴 등도 있다.
