USB Memory Repair Program was a free downloadable channel offering a defragmenter for the proprietary and encrypted "WFS" file system, the direct predecessor of the one used on Wii U external storage.

WFS is only used by the Wii version of Dragon Quest X, a two-disc Massive Multiplayer Online RPG requiring installation and updates. A 16GB "Wii USB Memory" (RVL-035) was therefore bundled with the game, but is not otherwise special apart from guaranteeing appropriate performance.

An English version of the channel, titled "USB Flash Optimization", ended up going unreleased.
