These are strange sounds that seem to come straight from the PS1 version. It refers to "Flipendo Switch", probably the sound the Flipendo buttons were supposed to make.

Unused Dialogue

Dobby

These two lines reveal that Dobby was supposed to be present in the game.
As in the movie, the narrator explains that Harry set Dobby free. Then Dobby looks surprised to see Harry; this indicates that he was not supposed to appear at the beginning...
This line is pretty much the same as the PS1 version's and Dobby's voice actor is the same as in the PS1 version. Note that these audio files are stored in the audio files of the third floor, so it is possible that this cutscene should have taken place in front of Dumbledore's Office.

And later, Harry managed to release the devoted house-elf, Dobby, from the slavery of Lucius Malfoy.

The Xbox version has a completely unused dialogue bank, it contains a different voice for the narrator

Dedalus Diggle

These lines of dialogue, found in the Leaky Cauldron's file, suggest that Dedalus Diggle was supposed to be part of the game, but he never appears in this game or in any version of Chamber of Secrets.

Dumbledore

These audios are used in the PS2 version of the game where Dumbledore himself, appeared in the lobby at the end of the day to calculate the points of the houses. Only the lines where he pronounces the house names only are used. Also noted that this version, it is impossible that Hufflepouth and Ravenclare is in the lead, the lines in the great hall where Dumbledore announces the winner, exists only for Gryffindor and Slytherin.

Nice one, Fred, that was miles ! Ron says this in the PS2 version when Fred shows Harry how to launch a gnome, but in this version he never says that. Probably to avoid superficial or unrealistic dialogue?
Speech_Burrows.sdt
I'm going to duel with a washing machine ? The only reaction Harry says when Fred & George talk about the Washing Maching dueling is "Hue?" and "Dueling?"; note that Harry don't even say that in the PS2 version.
Speech_Burrows.sdt
Yeah, fighting with spells ! This line was supposed to be spoken by Ron right after Harry says "Dueling" during the washing machine cutscene. This scene was probably deleted because it was not useful,
Speech_Burrows.sdt

you're welcome to try the Magical Measurer, but you ll need to know how to cast second year spells to really make it move.
Speech_Gambol_Japes.sdt
Go on, try the Magical Measurer. You ll need to cast a perfect Flipendo spell to make the pointer hit the top.
Speech_Gambol_Japes.sdt
If you want to get the Magical Measurer to the top you ll need to cast a perfect Flipendo spell on it. To do that, build up the power on your wand for as long as you dare (hold down ) and then cast the spell (release ) just before it overpowers.
Speech_Gambol_Japes.sdt
Not bad, but you ll need more power than that. (Hold down for longer)
Speech_Gambol_Japes.sdt
Oh, dear, you ll have to do better than that. (Hold down for longer)

Speech_Gambol_Japes.sdt
Excellent! A perfect Flipendo spell!

In the PS2 version, the seller is supposed to come out of his booth to help you ring the bell with Flipendo; this was removed in this version for some reason.

Defense against the Dark Arts

Much more should have happened during this "class"...
It is interesting to note that Lockhart and Draco launch a Sectumsempra as spoken here; it is possible that, like the PC version, Lockart would have learned to launch Sectumsempra.

Lockheart

Unfortunately, there is no way to escape the challenges.

The scene in the movie where Lockhart and Snape fight and Lockhart loses should have been in the game, but this is not the case in any console version.

On the count of three, we will cast our first spells. One - two - three - Rictusempra! This is the only time in the entire game that Rictusempra is mentioned.
Speech_DADA.sdt
Well, there you have it! Professor Snape cast Expelliarmus, which had the effect of reflecting my spell back at me. Thanks for that Professor Snape - if I had wanted to stop you it would have been only too easy. However, I felt it would be instructive to let the class see the effect of the spell. We all trust you, Lockheart! *cough*

Expelliarmus! Once again, from the scene in the movie where Lockheart and Snape fight and Lockheart loses.

Draco Malfoy

Thankfully, he never uses these spells as seen below. Locomotor Mortis was later deleted, and Rictusempra does not exist. He actually does use Expelliarmus and Flipendo in-game, but doesn't call out their names like this.

The game's subtitle indicates that he should have shouted all the spell names and that most of them have never been recorded, including Serpensortia and... Lumos?! Indicating that it might have been possible to use all the spells in a duel, Incendio however, has effect on duel and can be used via savegame hack.

Leave them alone! Clip found in a dialogue bank that is not loaded into the game, harry, during the scene after the first duel where he talks to the snake, should have said that instead of actually speaking the snake. Maybe because it's a placeholder before developpers get the real sound of harry talking to the snake.
EASound/DADASpeech.sdt
Expelliarmus! Still to be found in the same unloaded folder. The presence of this line is strange because Harry's incantations are always found with the sound files of the spells, except that expelliarmus is the only spell that Harry does not pronounce
EASound/DADASpeech.sdt
Rictusempra! Still to be found in the same unloaded folder. Maybe Harry should have cast Rictusempra which is in opposition to the big list of deleted spells because Rictusempra is not on that list, it's very strange.

That Dung Bomb Case is really useful. You can carry lots more Dung Bombs now!

There also seems to be lines related to Dung Bombs. Though they don't exist as items in Chamber of Secrets, they were eventually featured in |the next game.
