Area Bit oddities: SARA02 Saraband Center 0 Spawns you in front of the Governer General's office, right in front of where a pair of gates look like they SHOULD be, but aren't. 4 Appears to have been removed. ends at 12.

SARA03 Saraband East 0 Spawns you in front of in front of the republican building, where a pair of gates SHOULD be, but aren't. 2 spawns you next to the Governer General's building, the gates are locked... Ends at 11

SARA04 Saraband West Only default exit 0 seems to be included.

CHUR01 Saraband Church Oddly, exit 0 seems to spawn you on the left side of the church, next to a window. 1 is the normal entrance/exit. 2 spawns you in front of priest

- There is a Debug hidden in the game,
- Graphics
- Characters, for some reason there's about 19 character Binaries on the disc, and a list in the scripts that seems to correspond to that; except it's 20 characters long and most of it are characters such as Rilix(the final boss) and Sabato...
- What appears to be a sound test list present in the scripts mentions a song called "Picopin". This song doesn't appear to be in any rip of the game, but those rips also appear to be rather shoddy, with many of the small ditty tracks being listed as "Unknown".
- I did some preliminary reverse engineering on the file structure, need to jot it all down and continue.
- Spell sprites from Shining Force III include a talisman spell among the StHA leftovers, but that doesn't appear to be used here either, will need to investigate.

SW

- There really isn't too much i could, or even WANT to do with it, but
- Find a way to get at that unused text, the file structure isn't anywhere near as clean as the force games, so this might be impossible. Man i'd sure love to know what that unused message is.
- There's no way Working Designs DIDN'T mess with the gameplay because when have they ever not. Just need to find out HOW.
- Also find other text differences
- Debug is loaded into memory

SF3

SC1:
- The US and later Japanese revision adds an extra weakness to the Elbesem Statue enemy, but the code to use it never gets called. If activated, and the Elbesem Orb attack is used on the enemy, it will instakill the statue.
- The original v1.006 release of the game seems to have quite a few unused leftovers, some i've already added to the article, but others(such as sprites) i haven't really dug into
- Segakore Prototype definitely needs some work.
- I've polished the main SC1 article to a shine, but most of the subpages need work, including
- Unused Text
- Prototypes, especially the US Script comparison
- Unused Areas needs completing.
- Scenario 2 is in okay-ish shape, but needs polish
- Scenario 3 in general. It's in a sorry state.
- Check X2/X4 files for unused files, these are battle geometry and background files. I know for sure there's at least one the game never uses present in the premium disc, and it's possible the one used in the scenario 1 prototype might still be present.
- dig through the skeletal remains of the US website for prerelease. I recall it having an earlier name for Eldar at the very least.
- What in the hell is X9EFFDAT.bin used for? Changing it to a dummy didn't have any obvious effects, but the game seems to call it for something...


SC2:
- Check through Items/Specials/Etc
- Comb through map files more thoroughly for anything no called by the game

SC3:
- I've isolated a few maps that may be unused by the game, Magic ISO is doing strange things to the rom though so i'm having a spot of trouble.
- Check through Specials
- Finish documenting the Sprites IDs
- Go through Model Files 905-909, if they're the same as premium disc, they're likely unused. - The Hero Test floors in Scenario 3 are strangely out of order. Dunno if that's worth mentioning.
