This page is a sandbox for my SNK Anthology findings and stuff. Please do not delete or edit as this is still a work in progress, but feel free to suggest stuff on the talk page. Some of the content on this page will be mirrored on each game's individual Wiki entry once I get to that stuff. Thanks!
Art of Fighting Anthology is the chronicle of the Sakazaki siblings' fight against evil, corruption, and their mentally unstable father. This is a compilation that contains near-perfect emulated Arcade versions of Art of Fighting, Art of Fighting 2, and The Path of the Warrior: Art of Fighting 3, all for the Neo-Geo.

Art of Fighting
Removed voices
All of the story-related Japanese voiceovers in the game were removed. This includes the game intro, Ryo's spoken dialogue between stages, the bonus stage names, Mr. Karate's voiceover speech in his victory screen, and the ending dialogue between Ryo and Yuri. However, Robert's voiceovers between stages and in the ending were left intact. Even if you set the game's language to Japanese before starting the game, the voice samples just don't play. The Japanese version of the game plays back all audio normally.
Removed graphics
All bonus stages have had the Kanji displayed on screen removed.

Unusable music
So it turns out that unused song from the Arcade version is still here, I just need to rip both versions (original and arrange.)
Art of Fighting 2
Region specific voices
To be added. Rip voice samples for Robert, King, John, and whoever else got changed.

None.
Art of Fighting 3
Removed... wait what
Nothing was removed. Hooray! Wait, maybe mention the fucked up Spanish / Portuguese text in the cutscenes. And the fact the Arcade version has no pre-fight dialogue for some reason. But it's viewable in the PS2 port!
Changed graphics
And other than the text that asks you to insert a coin or wait a bit, everything seems to be the same between languages.
Fatal Fury Battle Archives
- Mention the Japanese songs from the sound test menu.
- Mention the unusable music from the games; notably the stuff you get to hear when you enter a coin and isn't used since these are the home versions. Also the two or three extra songs in very low quality that were tacked onto the end.
- Mention the fact that there are two audio files - one for the sound test alone, and one for all games. For no reason at all.
Fatal Fury Battle Archives Volume 2
- Mention the Japanese songs from the sound test menu. I think they're still in there.
Need to get the Japanese versions of these sets somehow. Hrm. Must not involve yar dee hoo harr harr yarr.
