Missing Room

The room with the Shock Rifle and Shield Belt that connects the bottom floor with the second floor is missing in v222.

Box Room Staircase

There is no staircase connecting the room on the top floor with the boxes with the third floor. There are two boxes where the entrance to the staircase should be in the box room.

Box Room Boxes

The boxes in the box room are arranged differently than they are in the final game. V222 places the box in front of the three stacked ones near the right entrance to the semi-hidden BioRifle, making it harder to reach the BioRifle from the right. The box on the left side of the three stacked crates is closer to the wall in v222.

Box Room Ammo

The Shock Rifle and Rocket Launcher ammo in the box room are missing in v222.

Box Room BioRifle

The BioRifle in the box room has two ammo pickups instead of three. The box in the center of the BioRifle area is closer to the wall than it is in the final game. The area itself is very dark compared to how it is in the final game. The BioRifle ammo boxes are much closer to the left entrance to the BioRifle than they are in the final game.

Steel Pillars

The Steel pillars that can be found on most sides of the center room are not in v222’s take on the level.

Bottom to Top Elevator Window

The elevator that connects the bottom floor to the top one does not have a window on the third floor.

End of the Conveyor Light Sources

The light sources at the end of the conveyor are completely different in v222. Instead of being light fixture props attached to the middle of the third floor’s floor, the lights are brush lamp posts that extend from where the end of the conveyor is to the bottom of the third floor. In v222, one of the light fixtures does not render correctly.

Pulse Gun

The Pulse Gun is located in a different spot in v222. Instead of being past the hallway that connects the bottom and second floors, the Pulse Gun is in the hallway on the second floor. The Pulse Gun ammo boxes are to the left and right of the Pulse Gun instead of sitting perpendicular to the wall. The Shock Rifle ammo is missing.

Barrel

There is no barrel on the bottom floor in this build.

There is no ammo on the second floor of the room with the large lava pit in it.

The vent without the Redeemer on it in the vent room is not attached to the wall in v222.

First Floor Medkits

There is only one Medkit on the left path that leads to the lava pit.

First Floor Flak and Rocket Ammo

The Flak Cannon and Rocket Launcher ammo on the right path that leads to the lava pit on the first place are a Medkit in v222. It seems the developers spread out the two Medkits on the left path so that there is one Medkit on each side, but changed it so that both Medkits were on one side in the final game.
