It depends on the game and what file types are used. For most of them, you can use a program called Game Extractor by Watto Studios, see here: http://www.watto.org/game_extractor.html
It can be used to find various file formats that the games use, such as .bmp, .jpg, .wav, and so forth. If the game uses an unconventional way of storing files, it may not work for those however. There are some JumpStart games that I haven't figured out how to extract files from. But Game Extractor works more often than not. --Bluecake (talk) 15:12, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
