The Simpsons: Hit & Run - Test Maps question

From what I can tell from the page history you were the one who added the test maps information to the page for The Simpsons: Hit & Run. Which release of the game did you find these test maps in and what platform was it for? I ask since I own multiple versions of the game across multiple platforms and the map files do not exist in any of them.

The legacy pack has clearly fixed the intel image I assume you're referring to, though since I have no motivation in redownloading 2016 to cross-reference it, this is the best I can do.
