Unused Quest 64 Maps

Hello, Kao. Thanks for registering on TCRF and posting those unused Quest 64 maps. First, I would like to ask how you accessed those maps. I assume you used cheats and would like to know what the cheats were. Secondly, I would like to remind you of some guidelines. Our wiki doesn't allow the word "beta" and we would like our images in the native resolution. You can find this info in the image guidelines. Chpexo, thanks for the great suggestions. I'll add in the codes used to access the maps and up the resolution. I can swap out the word "Beta" with "Unreleased" or "Prerelease" or something. I understand that people tend to erroneously label all prerelease material as being "beta" content. But this content is one of the few situations where it likely WAS beta content! Still, I'll make a change if that's the wiki's policy. I appreciate the tip about the rice plugin. --Kao
We tend to prefer "early" when referring to leftover content and "prototype" when referring to early or unreleased games themselves, unless said game was specifically referred to as a "beta" version by the developers. --BMF54123 (talk) 11:58, 3 June 2014 (EDT)

What Chpexo meant regarding the image resolution is that they were taken at the wrong resolution. Only a handful of N64 games ran at 640x480, and this was not one of them. You'll need to use a plugin that doesn't put colored fringes around the HUD text and retake the shots at the proper 320x240 resolution. --BMF54123 (talk) 12:50, 3 June 2014 (EDT)
