Image Guidelines
Game screenshots must be taken in PNG format, not JPEG. Please refer to the image guidelines for more information. --BMF54123 (talk) 20:14, 3 January 2018 (EST)
- I'm sorry - I'm aware of the Image Guidelines, the file I recently uploaded as .jpg was due to the image being a screenshot from the game's beta that I found online. Do you wish me to convert the file in .png or should I have used a different tag rather than screenshot?--LittleSkullKid (talk) 20:18, 3 January 2018 (EST)
- If that's the only image available, then JPEG is fine. It does need to be categorized as a prerelease image, though; tags like screenshot and titlescreen generally apply to shots taken by the user from an actual copy of the game. (Also, please keep discussion here so it's easier to follow.) --BMF54123 (talk) 20:24, 3 January 2018 (EST)
- Pardon me again, I was talking about the Ghost Master Trainspooking.jpg file - with Ghost Master Title.jpg is more of a matter of me not noticing the file was in .jpg form, even though I well known I'm supposed to upload it in .png. Fixed it - also excuse me for the User Talk page, I haven't used User talk in years and people were using it in the clumsy way I just did. Thanks for the help.--LittleSkullKid (talk) 20:35, 3 January 2018 (EST)
