Final Fight translation

Hello! First, thank you for helping with the translations for Final Fight. I have a question though, you changed "I was invited into Ninnin" to "I was called Ninnin". The next line says "PomG is a member of Ninnin too" so it doesn't really make sense to me. I'm not a native Japanese speaker, but my dictionary says that 呼ばれる can also mean, "to be treated to something (e.g. a meal)/to be invited to" so I thought that was what it meant.

I thought he was saying, "僕は「ニンニン」というグループに入りました。「ポンG」も「ニンニン」というグループに入りました" because it sounds strange if he's saying, "僕は「ニンニン」と申します。「ポンG」も「ニンニン」のグループに入りました。" Am I misunderstanding what he's saying? Some of the other people are saying funny things, so maybe this is what he really meant. I just want to make sure that I understand everything.

Thank you again for helping with this!

Hello too! And, thank you for the message. Yes, Ninnin message was a bit confusing. "Pon" was called "Ninnin of the candy land" right? And "PomG" was a MEMBER of the "Ninnin of the candy land" and... It confuses me too.
Japanese is really complicated. Even native speakers speak with weird words. Maybe "Ninnin" was his name and "Ninnin of the candy land" is a group. Or just a typo? So... Yeah. Complicated!
I don't have my PC now so I can't talk that much and my English is horrible too. But, maybe the Translation you did was right. Idk lol.
Keep up the good work!

Alright, thank you for the comment! I'll leave the translation the way you did it for now. I'll ask some other Japenese people I know what they think. It seems like all of them wrote funny things, so maybe he meant it to sound strange. Thank you again! -- Bast (talk) 00:36, 20 August 2016 (EDT)
Thank you too! Also, you know the typo of the last message right? 「みまさん」one. I think it's a name of the stuff named "Mima" or just a typo that you translated that way. Well, M and N is near by so... Maybe?
What do you think?

Yeah, I noticed that too. I thought it was either a typo or maybe meant to sound like a small child. I translated that as "Ebryone" in English because that's a common way people mispronounce "everyone". -- Bast (talk) 03:34, 20 August 2016 (EDT)
