Image Guidelines

Please follow the guidelines when taking NES screenshots. They must be taken at 256x240 using the appropriate NTSC palette file. --BMF54123 (talk) 22:28, 1 January 2019 (EST)

The palette is better but you're still using the wrong resolution. The NES PPU outputs a 256x240 signal, not 256x224. Please check your emulator settings again. --BMF54123 (talk) 07:45, 2 January 2019 (EST)
Oooh, there we go! I've finally found out how to answer these talk page-thingies, I hope so. I think I have done it in the past but have forgotten how to since. First of all, I really want to thank you BMF, for trying to put me on the line(And teaching me how to spell "giant")! All of my hobbies really seem like a waiting game of waiting for someone to come and tell me that I'm doing it wrong, but well, it really is my fault for just assuming I'm doing things right most of the time. That's a horrible habit and I definitely need to break it.
Well, now that I'm here talking to ya, I really need to tell you that, well... I don't know how to take screenshots in 256x240! I've researched, but couldn't do it. The emulator I use, Fceux, is default to 256x224, and I just can't find a way of changing that. I am also very dumb, and that's probably why.
Also, I can't help but disagree with you just a bit, on the removal of my "Debug modes". It seems like I don't know the right meaning of the word "debug", but I don't believe that the entire removal of I documented under that name was necessary. I think a simple change in the title is what should have been done instead, because in my opnion, the things that happen upon accessing these games through the methods I've many times explained are a bit too specific to be unproper loading(Or something else), specially in the case of Secret Scout. I believe things such as the items you get from getting into the game that way really are leftovers of the game's development, in which during these stages, you could warp from the title screen to different areas on the game and get them instantly. I believe that because of Happy Camper, an unreleased Color Dreams game which uses the same engine(KungFu), and has something in it which lets you do exactly that, by holding B and pressing Select.
Anyway, sorry for all the rambling. I just really needed to explain some things. --Welfz the Wolfaroo! (talk) 21:44, 4 January 2019 (EST)
......Sooo, are we good now? Can I add the stuff back again? --Welfz the Wolfaroo! (talk) 13:55, 7 January 2019 (EST)
