This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: Clarify which build(s) this page covers, as the Hidden Palace page lists four. An older revision of this page said "The available build is an Xbox version with debug features.", suggesting the 1/20/06 build.

Velocity is a racing game that was supposed to be released as Octane on July 27, 2006 by Vivendi Universal Games for PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC, only to be cancelled when the developer closed its doors in February 2006.

Four Xbox builds (dated November 3, 2005 and January 4, 9, and 20, 2006) were found on a dev kit HDD.

Unused Vehicles

Present in Vehicles.sbk is text mentioning the Sunbeam Tiger. However, there's no files or images for the car.

Similarly, in CarData.cfg there's lines for a "JAGXKR" (Jaguar XKR), however there's no model for said car.

Unused Bodykits

The Nissan 300ZX and Toyota Celica have alternate bodykits in the files, using a Nissan 350Z stock body with textures that read "Placeholder".

Unused Maps

Tokyo

An unfinished map that only has collision left.

TestArea

A test track consisting of a tiny street with some locations including a "Baco Tell".

ExecTest

Another test track, this one with a sprint race programmed for it: "Exec_Demo_Race", which consists of a few AI vehicles.
