So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

Virtual Bart is the sequel to Bart's Nightmare. At Springfield Elementary's science fair, Bart tests out the virtual reality machine, with events ranging from going down a water slide, to motorcycling through an apocalyptic Springfield, to being a pig.

Debug Mode

See? Pigs CAN fly!

At the title screen, press A, A, A, X, X, B, B, Y. A sound will confirm correct entry, and the following functions will be available on controller 2 during gameplay:

  • Start: Skip to the next area of the current stage (or the stage's ending if in the last area).
  • L+Y: Enables a combination free-movement mode and coordinate display. The D-Pad on controller 1 moves Bart around, and the D-Pad on controller 2 moves the coordinate display around. Note that this only works in the game's platforming stages (Baby, Dino, and Pig).

Bart

Audio Subtitle Usage
No line! It was used in the Genesis version in the water slide intro, but in the SNES version he just says "Aw man."

Homer

Audio Subtitle Usage
Ooh, virtual reality! It was meant for the ending. The "Ooh!" part is used, but the rest isn't.
How many times have I- Unknown.
