Debug Menus

With the above code active, press R + C-Up to toggle it to the on state, and R + C-Down to disable it. After it is on, choose any main menu option.

Debug Screen Selection

This allows you to choose any of the main menu screens. Change menu rows with A or B buttons, C-Right to confirm a menu item, and C-Up / Down to change menu items.

This allows you to choose exclusive debug options. Use C-Up / Down to move menu items, and C-Right to enter a option.

RUN FIFA98 Softlocks. Would have started the game normally.
DAVE LOOP Sends you to another debug menu.
STE LOOP Tests various menu objects.
MIKE LOOP Softlocks.
CARLTON LOOP Softlocks.
F.M.P. LOOP Title screen loop.

This allows you to test various stadium related options. Move the camera with the Analog Stick and the C buttons. D-Pad Up / Down moves menu items, and D-Pad Right / Left toggles the states of them.

SKY Changes the sky.
CLOUDS Doesn't appear to work.
STADIUM Changes the chosen stadium.
RAIN Softlocks.
SNOW Softlocks.
SUN Toggle suns.
NIGHT Change to nighttime.
CAM FLASH Toggles audience's camera flashes.
CROWD FLARE Softlocks.
PITCHWEAR Unknown.
ZBUFFER Toggles certain map objects to be visible.
JAZZY STAD Toggle certain stadium objects on.

This allows you to test various main menu objects. Don't select the Background option as that will crash the game.
