Planned Super Game Boy Support

A complete listing of unused Super Game Boy commands is present and is located at 0x1F4EF5. Code to load these commands during startup does not exist and they were likely added very early during development. Aside from the default INIT DATA_SND commands, there are a few more which suggests that a SOU_TRN function was planned.
