Help Pages

Please read these help pages before continuing. Your page is a bit messy and I noticed you didn't even put some of the unused content up there. It should be noted we just use the Bob template. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 03:12, 18 May 2016 (EDT)

I'd like to remind you that you really, really, really need to start following our rules and guidelines. If you continue to upload really bad screenshots and neglect to proofread your edits, they will most likely be deleted. --BMF54123 (talk) 01:27, 9 October 2016 (EDT)
Also, don't forget to add the upload tags and the game names to your uploads. Continuing to ignore the guidelines will result in a longer ban this time. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 17:56, 22 May 2017 (EDT)
Just wanted to say sorry for not adding tags :P. Didn't realized they could be added. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Larryeedwards (talk • contribs)
Thank you for adding the tags, but keep in mind that the debug shots you're uploading aren't specific to the game, but rather stats printed out by Dolphin itself. Dolphin can also turn on/off wireframe mode for any game. Please be careful not to confuse a debug mode in the game with something that Dolphin provides and find the actual debug mode for Tornado Outbreak. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 17:08, 4 July 2017 (EDT)

Box Art

Box art is not allowed in place of title screens, as per the guidelines divingkatae linked above. --BMF54123 (talk) 04:14, 18 May 2016 (EDT)

Taking Screenshots

It seems like you're using a webcam to take screenshots, which isn't acceptable here. To take screenshots, you can press the Print Screen key (abbreviated to Prt Scr) to take screenshots. Alternatively, if you have Windows Vista or newer, there's an included program called Snipping Tool, which makes taking screenshots easy. Then, you save that screenshot as a .png, making the quality a bit more acceptable. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 18:51, 12 September 2016 (EDT)

It's good you're taking emulator screenshots now. However, the Wii's maximum resolution is 640 * 480. Anything over that isn't possible and the guidelines state that you should always take screenshots at the game's native resolution. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 17:35, 10 July 2017 (EDT)
Please don't upload JPEGs, as these are not good quality and are often quite blurry/compressed. Make sure you also don't mix up versions of a game unless you know the content is in all versions (i.e. putting screenshots in for the Xbox 360 version of a game when the article focuses on the Wii version of a game). Furthermore, for text, it's preferred you copy and paste it in as plain text rather than images of the text. I'd also like to note your grammar is still rather lacking and I would like it if you improved it. Because your edits are still lacking, you have been blocked for a month. Take this time to brush up on your grammar, your images, and your edits. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 23:26, 9 February 2018 (EST)
