Placeholder Pages

Instead of creating mostly empty WIP/placeholder pages (e.g. Galaga), please put them in your userspace until they have some actual content. How do I add to a page to a category of a game series?

I'm trying to add Galaga to the Galaxian series, and I want it in the arcade category, but on the thing where it lists games from the series, it won't show up.
