Revisional Differences

The MVS version of the game shows the scoreboard after someone scores a goal, but the bottom half of the screen is strangely empty. The AES version shows two girls posing underneath the scoreboard. The strange thing about this is that the graphics for the girls exist in the arcade cart's data, but they're not used.

Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooal Why look at the crowd when you can look at us instead?

Padding and Leftover Graphics

Soccer Brawl NeoGeo Tiles1.png
Some padding tiles found within the game's graphic banks.

Soccer Brawl NeoGeo Tiles2.png
These are found in the 8×8 graphic bank and are unused. Most of these are from Puzzled, a game released in 1990, but the first two rows are also present in Cyber-Lip. The palette shown here is incorrect; the transparent color is not set correctly in the loaded palette, but it does exist, and is shown above. Pink squares are empty areas set to the proper transparent color.
