Island sprites
Tile IDs exist for some items that cannot normally appear on the island. However, if placed with a save editor, some do show up. Unordinary tile IDs include:
0D: Signboards (can be placed by the player, but will not appear on the GBA)
1D: Flower Leaves (an unused item on the GameCube, which if forced onto the island will show up as a palm tree stump using the wrong palette in Doubutsu no Mori+, and as normal flowers in Animal Crossing.
40: Weeds (cannot appear on island acres)
41: Rocks (cannot appear on island acres)
4E: Paint Cans (not usually obtainable, will appear as the toolbox sprite used by tools and handheld items)
Famicom/NES
In Doubutsu no Mori+, Famicom games have a sprite on the island when picked up; this was changed to an NES in Animal Crossing, like the actual models on the GameCube. Interestingly, while this was changed, Elina, an islander who had her bindi removed for the international version, was not changed on the GBA.

The directory to some txt file. Whatever a Cuckoo's Egg is is a mystery.

Another reference to a "Cuckoo's Egg".
Marle Demo
A reference to a demo of... Marle.
nes.sav
Most likely a save file for an NES game. Probably there because some NES games can be obtained when playing the game.
