The NES Bio Hazard is an unlicensed port of Resident Evil (known as Biohazard in Japan). While only Jill's story is present, the script and gameplay follow the original closely, with the combat system being similar to that of Resident Evil Gaiden.

Hidden Message
During the game, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Right, A to display a hidden message, which is the company's full name, "Fuzhou Waixing Computer Technology Co., Ltd.".
