Debug Menu

Applying the below code will enable a debug menu when starting the game. The only TEST debug option that appears to work is ETC which allows you to listen to SFX and voices. No other TEST category options appear to work. Setting the debug option on then starting a GAME in the TEST category will enable a free camera mode when pressing Start in-game.
