Hmmm...
To do:
Add proper English terms
Cactus 2.0!
This article has just been started and needs the article basics added.
Help us out and add them.
So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?
Elementary, my dear Cactus.
This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: Debugging functions as mentioned by strings referring to "Cheat Menu"

Unused Text

Many references to scrapped game features are included in this game's unused text.

MITEVIRW.PAK/comments.dat seems to have strings referring to an ability for extra players to join a game in progress.

800810000,A new Player will be joining us sooon
800810200,New Players cannot join in the last round

PRLTEXT.PAK/BU1/[Region code]/Rounds/PRL, which lists every language's "No controller" messages, has references to languages that have no strings dedicated to them.

РУССКИЙ (Russian)
ČESKY (Czech)
POLSKI (Polish)
Japanese
Korean
USA

At least in the Scandinavian version of the game, there are seemingly references to unused question types, game rounds or round rules in [Language]ROUND.PAK/BU1/[Region code]/Rounds/[Language]/default.str. These are translated (fluently) from Norwegian* unless left as English. They are also listed in order.

There seems to have been a system of "bluffing" at one point, along with question types not answerable with buzzers.

In Point Thief, there seems to have been a concept of being able to give points to players as well, either through stealing or a penalty.

PLAYER 1: CHOOSE THE PLAYER YOU WANT TO GIVE POINTS TO*
PLAYER 2: CHOOSE THE PLAYER YOU WANT TO GIVE POINTS TO*
PLAYER 3: CHOOSE THE PLAYER YOU WANT TO GIVE POINTS TO*
PLAYER 4: CHOOSE THE PLAYER YOU WANT TO GIVE POINTS TO*

This string is mostly unclear, but it remains untouched.

SPECIALIST SUBJECT SELECT:

Unused round names and lonesome country names, perhaps related to question types. Buzz Stop is a mode that was in Buzz!: The Music Quiz, but the return of which was scrapped.
