Error Messages

Scattered throughout the main executable are some interesting error messages:

Why do we have IO pending when we told it to not do asyncronos anymore?
Response for helper %d on round %d will be biased toward neutral!
Uh oh, tried to restore a persistant sound, but it failed.
The thread has stopped before it started.  Bail really early.
Percent of range which full sound is heard -- affects falloff with dist as well.
