Unused Cheat Menu

Present in the main menu's Options menu is a Cheats submenu. Apply the below code to re-enable this menu. Once the code is on, you can also save your game to have it permanently enabled in your save file. For some reason, the actual name of the last cheat, "Infinite Mana", doesn't render when all cheats are displayed.
