Summary

This is a prerelease image for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
JPEG Quality probably set to 1 here.
Believe it or not, this image was already a JPEG inside of the game's data.
Elementary, my dear Cactus.
This needs some investigation.

Specifically:
  • Is the red sleeve texture still contained in Morrowind's data files?
  • Is the skirt actually a common skirt in the final release?

Red Templar prerelease armor sourced from the UESP. Originally uploaded to Bethesda's website. Showcases the once intended sleeves covering the forearms. The red texture is possibly contained in the final games data, just unused. Skirt appears to be a slightly different version of a Common Skirt in the final release.

Features the cut arm pieces of the armor that are actually technically still in the game data iirc. just unused. as for the skirt....I think it's just a common skirt...
