Present at 0x1BD280 in the Xbox version's executable (default.xbe) are some command line parameters.

Usage: freaky master_file_path [-d] [-g] [-o] [-p <player_num>] [-m]
       [-vm <volume>] [-vs <volume>] [-w <world_to_load>]
    master_file_path    Full pathname of master file
    -d                  Draw collision
    -g                  Game mode only
    -o                  Generate masterfile optimization file (.flg)
    -p                  Player # for human
    -m                  Extend memory ceiling for dev-time
    -hw                 Report high water marks
    -hd                 High water marks output directory
    -hs                 High water marks output frequency (seconds)
    -gt                 Game type
    -vm                 Music volume (0 - 100)
    -vs                 Sound effects volume (0 - 100)
    -vf                 FMV (Movie) volume (0 - 100)
    -vv                 Vocals volume (0 - 100)
    -w                  Name of game level to load (auto-run)
    -uf                 Unfreezes the racers (so no amx needed)
