Galerians: Ash/Debug Rooms
This is a sub-page of Galerians: Ash.
The game contains at least 30 debug rooms and at least one unfinished room. Many of the debug rooms contain objects and environments not found anywhere else in the game. A high-level description of the rooms is given below, while the adjacent video gives a detailed walkthrough of each room. The YouTube description also includes a link to saves for the US and Japanese versions of the game that can be used to load into these rooms. The names of all the debug rooms (RXAxxx rooms) are in Japanese even in the US version, so the names have been translated via machine translation.

RA_170 - Family Program Room
Although the map shows the "Bridge" area, this is an unfinished version of the Family Program Room. The floor is completely black and Rion's texture is glitched. Also, after going through the door and coming back in, Lilia's reflection can be seen standing in the doorway. Otherwise, this is functionally identical to the actual Family Program Room. The stairs take you to the normal Dome Area, but Rion's texture remains glitched.
RXA010 - Narrow room with 6 columns
True to its name, this is a small room with six columns. Several blue bottles are on the ground. At one end of the room is a large block in the wall, perhaps standing in for a door (although it can't be interacted with), and at the other is an old man ("OYAJI") enemy. Like all of the following debug rooms, the map shows a square containing the words "NO Setting", and the room initially loads to a black screen until you pause the game.
RXA020 - Narrow room with 6 columns (facing north)
A rearranged variant of the previous room. Instead of the old man, this room features a trench coat Rabbit and a unique robot enemy. Both walk in place and disappear when attacked.
RXA030 - A stage with a spiral slope in the center
A very large room with four Rabbits, two "obstacle course"-like arrangements, and the titular spiral slope, which surrounds a tower with a large blue gem at the top. There are also some columns and hills at the edges of the room.
RXA040 - Cain room
This room is visually identical to the regular Family Program Room, but each interactable object has a unique debug function.
- Rainheart's pod briefly flashes the HUD like it's going to show a message, but nothing happens.
- Rita's pod plays the FMV leading into the second Spider fight. After it finishes, the boss fight music starts playing, and Rion is stuck halfway in the teleporter in the center of the room.
- Birdman's pod displays the message "It's locked. You've no way to go back..."
- Cain's pod sends you to Last Galerian R&D Area II.
- Rion's pod displays "It's locked. Can't unlock because it's not connected to the lower floor." and puts you out of bounds.
- The teleporter stairs can be ascended; activating it takes you to General System Area Beta.
- Interacting with Lilia displays "It's locked. Looks like it's controlled by the computer..."
- In the US version, interacting with the spot where Cain's body should be plays the credits. In the Japanese version, it just flashes the HUD like the Rainheart pod.
- In the US version, approaching the door flashes the HUD. In the Japanese version, it shows a message in Japanese (shown below at right)
RXA050 - Dorothy room (big one)
This is similar to the regular Dorothy room except that Dorothy is on the platform instead of in front of it. She seems to be incapable of using any attack other than spawning flying eyeballs. When killed, she slumps over and fades away, but then immediately reappears. The interactable objects here take you to other rooms. Activating the computer on the platform takes you to General System Area Alpha. Activating the pedestal where Rion and Lilia upload the virus program (which is invisible) takes you to Last Galerian R&D Area III. Activating the door plays an animation of Rion walking the wrong way and then takes you to the real Dorothy room.
RXA060 - Sewer BOX
A sewer environment with two kinds of Rabbits and an Armed Security mech. This room crashes shortly after exiting the menu, so not much of it can be seen.
RXA070 - Sewer I
Another sewer; one long hallway with doors at either end. The doors are not functional.
RXA080 - Sewer L
A curved sewer hallway with doors at either end. The doors are not functional.
RXA090 - Sewer T
A T-shaped sewer intersection with doors at all three ends. The doors are not functional.
RXA100 - Fast reactor
A unique environment with a reactor and fan at the top of the room, with pipes going down into some sort of lava(?) pool at the bottom. Some of the textures on the objects in this room seem to be pictures of the room itself. Nothing here can be interacted with.
RXA110 - Small room (shower room)
A shower room featuring an old man and some sort of rusty-looking robot things. The robots continuously blink in and out of existence and are labeled "ASH G2". They have no collision and don't react to attacks.
RXA120 - Passage leading to Dorothy's room
A red, biological passageway with eyeballs in the walls and ceiling. One end of the passage is blocked by a mass of tentacles with a mouth in the center. It disappears when attacked.
RXA130 - Mushroom Tower dome
Roughly the same layout as the regular Dome Area, but with a different texture that kind of looks like it's made out of bone. Ash is in the center of the room alternating between his laser barrage and explosion attacks, with Lilia cowering next to him. When killed, he disappears. There's also an old man by the stairs that should lead to the Family Program Room. The stairs don't actually go anywhere, though, they just lead under the map. When you walk off the end, you warp back up to the floor. None of the doors can be interacted with.
RXA200
This room and all subsequent rooms are just called "...". Another version of the 6 column room with Ash, one of Parano's robots, and Lilia playing her "typing on the computer" animation. Ash fires one laser barrage and then gets stuck in a loop of raising his arm and resetting. The robot can be killed, but killing Ash crashes the game.
RXA210
The 6 column room with a Manafter and Rabbit Borg.
RXA220
The 6 column room with Romero, one of Spider's spiders, and a save point halfway in the ground. The spider will attack and can be killed like normal. Romero and the save point cannot be interacted with.
RXA230
The 6 column room with Parano, a Necrobit, and a human soldier. The Necrobit behaves normally and can be killed with no issues. Parano is glitched and may not render completely, may be stuck in the ground, or may rapidly snap back and forth between two different positions, depending on the game version and whether you've attacked him. The soldier cannot be interacted with.
RXA290
A copy of the Entrance Lobby. This seems to be based on the version of the room used for the second Parano fight, because there are invisible walls around the part of the room where that fight takes place. The hallways in the back are not complete and lead into the void. Nothing has collision other than the invisible walls.
RXA300
A variant of one of the Security Areas featuring a colorful organ with no collision.
Other rooms
RXA140-RXA190 and RXA240-RXA280 are all duplicates of the 6 column room with no NPCs or interactable objects. All their names are "...". The game executable includes several other unused room IDs, for example RXA000 and OYAJI_, but saves set to these rooms hang when loaded; the rooms may not exist in the final version of the game at all.
