Slime Dunk, Stasis Dunk, and Slam Dunk Tutorials
In the final game, the only way to discover these other methods of trapping is to go to the achievements menu. However, Dan Aykroyd recorded voicelines that were supposed to teach the player how to use these trapping methods. It is unknown where these lines would play, as they are labeled as generic lines in the files. Something worth mentioning is in the Slime Dunk tutorial, Ray mentions that you may need to use multiple tethers on some ghosts, but in the final game you only need one.

Unused Stinky Ghost Fight
These dialogue files imply that there would be a stinky ghost in the Return to the Sedgewick Hotel level. One of the lines was reused for the Sloth Ghost tutorial boss. A developer suggested that the stinky ghost could have possibly been the Sloth Ghost, but a few pages in the script released by Spook Central are missing, including the pages with the stinky ghost, so we may never know.

These lines were cut because Venkman is missing lines. The two cutscenes at the end of the level were going to be one cutscene, but for unknown reasons a lot of the dialog was split into two cutscenes. Here is the script page:

PETER (O.S.): (radio) Yeah, get out here, will ya? I got this sled double parked.
EGON: (into radio) Venkman, did you find anything at Peck's?
PETER (O.S.): (radio) Only that the poor sap lives with his mother and his aunt and is unloved by both... very sad.
WINSTON (O.S.): (radio) I don't think any self-respecting destructor form would live with his mother... do you?

This cutscene was supposed to be produced in CGI before the Stay Puft boss fight. This dialog is heard in the Stylized version. Below is the script page for the cutscene.

FMV: EXT ROOFTOP OF THE ARCHITECTURE BUILDING
The Ghostbusters and Ilyssa stare over the edge of the building. The player dangles below.
PLAYER'S POV: Stay Puft smashes into the building with his fists, King Kong-like. Further below, the streets of Manhattan are in CHAOS.
PETER (O.S.): (from above) He appears to be after something specific.
Stay Puft roars and then continues to climb.
RAY (O.S.): (from above) Or someone.
ILYSSA (O.S.): (from above) Why are you looking at me?
PETER (O.S.): (from above) We'll talk about his later... maybe over a nice dinner... but right now our new employee is in a bit of trouble.
PETER (O.S.): (from above) (calling to player) Kick your thrower to maxi-stream and roast him, kid. We're right behind you... literally.

Lights dance across a huge banner hunf over the doors of the Museum. The banner reads: "THE ANCIENT WORLD OF GOZER - PROUDLY PRESENTED BY THE SHANDOR FOUNDATION"
A crowd of INVITED GUESTS is waiting out front. Flashbulbs pop as the rich and famous of the city enter the Museum.
RAY (O.S.): (radio) Venkman, are you in?
PETER (O.S.): Almost. We're still basking in the glare of the paparazzi and the read carpet treatment. How 'bout you guys?

The Ghostbusters Appear at the Parade (lost)
This was an FMV cutscene produced for the deleted Thanksgiving Day Parade level. The only parts of it that still exist are in the game's trailer and on the news report in the fifth Firehouse scene. Below is the script page.
FMV: CUT SCENE 20 - GHOSTBUSTERS APPEAR AT THE PARADE (NON-INTERACTIVE CINEMATIC)
EXT. THE NEW YORK CITY STREET
The Ghostbusters stagger out of the tunnel hatch, blinded by daylight. As the image settles and becomes clear, they see that they've come up in a New York City street.
The sound of marching bands warming up fills the air. People mill about, giant balloons drift overhead, and floats are strewn everywhere.
PETER: Ghostworld is much more festive than you guys described.
RAY: Peter! It's the Thanksgiving Day Parade! I completely forgot what day it was!
Peter looks at Egon.
PETER: 'We crossed over... or not?
RAY: Or we did and then crossed back.
Egon shrugs.
PETER: That shrug I can see.
EGON: Looks like the parade is stopped.
The police have cordoned off a section of the street. A giant pool of slime has gathered beneath a monstrous DOG BALLOON, BLINKERS THE SCIENCE PUP. The balloon looks old an weary, with patches keeping it intact.
RAY: There's our pool of black slime.
Egon approaches.
PETER: (to the crowd) Don't touch the slime... it's extremely dangerous!
Ray recognizes the balloon dog immediately.
RAY: (excited) It's Blinkers the Science Pup! When I was a kid he was my favorite! I learned a lot of my science from Blinkers.
PETER: I don't like the looks of him.
RAY: Yeah, you're not the only one. This is his last year in the parade. They're retiring him. Kids just don't connect with him anymore. I still have all his shows on Beta.
PETER: (consoling) Yeah, well, listen Ray; kids are cruel. And they like Japanese robots. If Blinkers there could turn into something else, he'd be right back on top again.
EGON: I think Venkman has reason to be concerned, Ray. I'm getting the same volume in PKE spikes we had at the Museum.
In the background, we see the slime oozing upward into Blinkers. The sagging balloon comes to life, transforming from a dopey pup to a demonic monster in seconds.
He lets out a tremendous ROAR!
PETER: Now I didn't see that coming. But I probably should have.
Blinkers goes off, destruction in his wake.

Pickups are voicelines that were written to add new scenes, improve existing ones in the game, or to replace scenes with missing lines from Bill Murray. Because this dialogue was written late in development, a lot of it didn't make the cut. This section is a work in progress.
Firehouse Tutorial
Initially, the game's tutorial was going to be entirely at the Sedgewick Hotel. Later into development, a tutorial level was made in the firehouse to better explain the mechanics. In the Stylized version, this section is entirely missing.
